SABIAN
Sabian is an offshoot of the Zildjian Company. In 1980, after a family dispute, Sabian took control of the Canadian Zildjian factory, and began to develop some distinctly different cast cymbals. These cymbals gained so much acclaim, that many of the world’s finest drummers switched to Sabian. Sabian artists, Phil Collins, Bernard Purdie, Carmine Appice, Ed Shaughnessy, and Chad Smith have all helped to create that unique and innovative Sabian sound.
